Gorgeous hotel in a very nice boutique classic style building. New-fashioned, functional room provided with a separate bathroom, jacuzzi bath plus all the comforts. The breakfast was lovely and incredible, the staff were exceptional. Great and stunning location, relatively near a 2-tiered shopping plaza. And right by nearby vineyards.

Friendly staff, easy language translation, modern rooms with all the amenties. Great location near tram stop and ability to get to all of the restaurants walking of riding. Nice morning breakfast and quiet breakfast area and on nice weather days, a great patio/deck for enjoying a glass of wine under an open sky. Only place to stay while in Bordeaux!
While the hotel is relatively new, at some point a small gym with treadmill, bicycle would be nice. Shower is beautiful, could use some instructions on how to get rain forest shower working without getting showered with cold water. May want to get a few wine country tour guides established to reccomend to visitors.

The staff was extraordinarily pleasant and helpful. They went out of their way to help us find great restaurants and also organised our follow- on trip to Saint-Emilion. Our room was also clean, with an excellent, very comfortable bed and huge hd television. Also Wi-fi.
Seems not to be quite finished - eg no lobby.

The room was cozy and had everything we needed, including a Nespresso machine. We loved the little touches like a goodnight note on the mirror.

This hotel was beautiful, very modern, rooms were large, bathrooms excellent and most importantly, the hotel team were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I will stay there again. During the summer the outside terrace will be lovely for drinks in the sun.
The only small issue I had was one that will be gone by this week. They are in the process of expanding the reception area, so there was some work going on in the hotel on the Monday morning which woke me up.

The sauna and spa lounge were perfect. The breakfast could use a bit more care in food presentation, but overall, it was a fantastic experience 😊

The external appearance of the building and outside eating areas were very tasteful. The bedroom size (superior) was very good. Sound proofing was effective. Staff were helpful and welcoming.
The lack of privacy in the bedroom - ie glazed screen shower to one side of the bed, a bath to the other and wash basins behind! Didn't like the bed facing the door - but that's being picky! The air conditioning didn't seem to function well and it was impossible to sleep with the windows open, due to the road noise.

Great hotel stay, great staff who assisted with accurate and current information, enabling a recommendation for a return visit. Hotel provided a very generous sized modern and well equiped room. Just loved their design flair for the rooms.
Unfortunately the weather was damp, which prevented our planned use of the hotel courtyard dining and bar facilities. Next time.

I was at a conference but had been joined by grown up family living abroad for a joint business/vacation . I booked an apartment and a double room. The apartment I booked was perfect, with a large comfortable living area. The individual room was a bit small, but very comfortable. We got totally caffeinated with the espresso machine . We had a mixture of self-catering and dining out at a restaurant , "Belle Epoche" , recommended by the staff. That we went back to the same restaurant twice was indicative of it's quality. The staff were always helpful and very pleasant. lovely people who really seem to care about their guests.
Some of the furniture and fittings were a bit flimsy and I doubt that they will stand up to long-term use from guests .
